Welcome and thank you for your interest in my work!
Hi, I'm Tracia Bañuelos-Rovaris (she/they) — a researcher, trainer, facilitator, and artist based in Harlem.
I work at the intersection of equity, community, and creative practice, supporting organizations and communities locally and nationally to do meaningful, grounded work. Whether I'm designing trainings, facilitating hard conversations, advocating alongside survivors, or making art, I bring the same commitment: meet people where they are, and build toward something better together.
My work spans reproductive justice, harm reduction, adult learning, and advocacy with LGBTQ+ communities, appearing on stages, community centers, in Medium, the Journal of Black Sexuality and Relationships, and through the National Harm Reduction Coalition.
